Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to allow two reduced
planter areas from 6 to 4-5 feet in width on property generally located at 1145 Carlsbad Village
Drive, Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
A PORTION OF TRACT 115 OF THE TOWN OF CARLSBAD,
ACCORDING TO MAP 775, FILED FEBRUARY 15, 1894, IN
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
If you have any objections to the granting of this variance or wish to have an informal hearing
to discuss the requested variance, please notify the Planning Department, 2075 Las Palmas
