Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to allow a
reduced rear yard setback from 17 feet to 8.5 feet on property generally located at 3709
Grecourt Way, Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Lot 1 of Grecourt Terrace, in the City of Carlsbad, County of
San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No.
5608, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County, August 5, 1965.
If you have any objections to the granting of this variance or wish to have an informal
hearing to discuss the requested variance, please notify the Planning Department, 2075 Las
