Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to allow an
eleven foot tall fence, along the northerly property line, to exceed the maximum allowed
fence .height of six feet on property generally located at 1110 Camino Del Sol Circle,
Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Parcel 9 of Camino Del Sol, in the City of Carlsbad, County of
San Diego, State of California, according to parcel map thereof
No. 5406 filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San
Diego County, June 16, 1964.
If you have any objections to the granting of this variance or wish to have an informal
hearing to discuss the requested variance, please noti6 the Planning Department, 2075 Las
