SUBJECT: AV 95-02 - TARYAN FENCE
On October 18,1995, I received from you the noticing materials that was requested. There
are a couple of items that need to be taken care of before the notice package will be
complete. The radius list was to include properties within 300 feet of you property. The
list submitted was about a 100 foot radius. As discussed at the counter, I will not require
the list to include properties north of Tamarack Avenue. When typing the labels, please
capitolize the entire address and avoid using any punctuation such as commas between
Carlsbad and CA on the address line. This is a requirement of the Postal Service for
automated mail sorting. The labels can be submitted on one whole sheet of labels, they do
not need to be separated. There is also a fee collected for covering the cost of mailing the
notices. This is based on the total number of labels times, the current postage rate.
Please find attached a copy of the original letter requesting the noticing materials for your
reference and the items that were submitted. If you have any questions please call me at
