ISSUES OF CONCERN
1. The following Meon needs to be corrected or added ontathe site plan.
A) Uponfieldverification,~hasdeterminedthatthepatmtreesare~locatadassho~
on the site plan. One of the trees is located further south nearly in-line with the garage
door. Field~e~~indicatesthatthistreeis9fed7inchesfromtheedgeofthe
garage. Also indicate the disbnce between the trees and the distance between the
