We appreciate your explanation of the zoning regulations governing Bristol Cove, but we would like you to take note of the attachment, a free flyer obtained from a dispensing display in front of the property at 4571 We Drive. It clearly advertises the building as being for sale, at $329,000. From this flyer, it is obvious that the builder is offering to sell the property as a condo, even before an Administrative Variance is aranted bv the Citv of Carlsbad! This has been his plan from the beginning. Perhaps a case can be made that his original permit was obtained fraudulently. As a result of our letter of 16 October 1995, the Bristol Cove Property Owners' Association has asked me look into revision of our CC&Rs and to prepare a petition to the City Council requesting a change to the present zoning regulations to prevent such maneuvers as the few remaining properties on Bristol Cove are developed.
