NOTICE OF REOUEST FOR ADMINISTRATIVE VARIANCE
Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to allow a reduction of the front yard setback to 15.5 feet of a two family lot on property generally
located at 2201 Levante Street, Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Lot 218 of La Costa South, Unit No. 3, in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map
thereof No. 6533, filed in the office of the County Recorder of
said County, November 3, 1969.
If you have any objections to the granting of this variance or wish to have an informal
hearing to discuss the requested variance, please notify the Planning Department, 2075 Las
