NOTICE OF REOUEST FOR ADMINISTRATIVE VARIANCE
Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to allow a (1) five
foot front yard set back reduction and a two foot front yard set back encroachment for a covered
porch on Lot 10 and a (2) five foot front and a five foot rear yard set back reduction on Lot 11 on
property generally located at on the south side of Franciscan Road and north side of Anacapa
Road adjacent to a 30 foot utlity easement (formarly La Costa Blvd) in, Carlsbad, California, and
more particularly described as:
Lots 10 and 11 in block 23 of La Costa Downs Unit No. 1 in the
City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California,
according to MAP thereof No 2013, filed in the Office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County, April 6,1927.
If you have any objections to the granting of this variance or wish to have an informal hearing to
discuss the requested variance, please notify the Planning Department, 2075 Las Palmas Drive,
Carlsbad, California 92009, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice. If you have any
