Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to allow a six
foot high fence in the west corner portion of the front yard setback to accommodate a
small swim spa on a constrained triangular shaped lot on property generally located at
2438 Ocean Street, Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:

Lot 14 of Map 1782 as filed on February 21, 1924 in the
Recorder’s Office of San Diego County, California
If you have any objections to the granting of this variance or wish to have an informal
hearing to discuss the requested variance, please notify the Planning Department, 2075
