Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to allow
a rear yard set back reduction of eight inches (from a required 10 feet to 9 feet 4
inches) and to (2) allow a two foot protrusion into this new rear yard set back for a
water heater and enclosure, all on property generally located at 237 NORMANDY
LANE, Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Lot 29 of Granville Park, in the County of San Diego,
State of California, according to Map thereof No. 1782,
filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County, February 21, 1 924.
If you have any objections to the granting of this variance or wish to have an
informal hearing to discuss the requested variance, please notify the Planning
Department, 2075 Las Palmas Drive, Carlsbad, California 92009, in writing within
10 days of the date of this notice. If you have any questions, please call David
