Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to allow a 5.5”
privacy wall within the front yard setback on property generally located at, 1790 Blackbird
Circle Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Parcel 6 of parcel map No. 16228, in the City of Carlsbad, County
of San Diego, State of California, according to map thereof, filed
in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
September 20, 1990 as file No. 90-5 15753 of official records.
