Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to allow
a front and side yard variance on property generally located at 5025 Tierra del Oro,
Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Lot 12 of Map No. 3052, Tierra del Oro, filed February 4,
1954 in the Office of the County Recorder, City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California.
If you have any objections to the granting of this variance or wish to have an
informal hearing to discuss the requested variance, please notify the Planning
Department, 2075 Las Palmas Drive, Carlsbad, California 92009, in writing within
