Gentlemen:
Please refer to our June 6, 1997, faxed correspondence relating to the above-referenced
matter.
We have not received a response to our clients' request for a meeting at their home as
outlined in our June 6 letter. We were seeking a meeting either yesterday afternoon or tomorrow
afternoon for the purposes discussed in that letter. I attempted to contact Mr. Wayne yesterday
afternoon, but he was not available. I left a voice mail asking him to get back to me as soon as
possible concerning the request for a meeting. At the time of faxing this letter, Mr. Wayne has
not contacted me.

Our clients are scheduled to leave next week on a two-week business trip. Because their
project has been pending now for over six months, the Eatons, their architects and the
undersigned would very much appreciate an opportunity to meet with you tomorrow afternoon
prior to the Eatons' departure.
I would appreciate the courtesy of a response by the end of the day so that I can notie the
Eatons and the architects concerning the requested meeting tomorrow.
