I very much appreciate your offer to phone me tomorrow with a decision on
our Administrative Variance. You know that 1 am anxious to get on with
this remode; project that began in November with our submission for preliminary ._. project review.
However, 1 would like to ask that you put the ruling on hold, to allow our
attorky, Charles Marvin, of Cardiff, to have the opportunity to have some
discusion with yau and with the City attorney, .who is already involved. I
have spoken wiih Mr. Marvin today, and, unfortunately, he is tied up for
several days. AS I had mentioned to you during our phone conversation
yesterday aftemom, my husband and X are away on business for 1 week, May
15 through Mal 2'1. Therefore, I would like the matter to be put or1 hold until
after .our return.
The day after cmr return, we will meet with Mr. Marvin, and provide him
with sorr~e,~eneral background information, so that he may arrange for a
meeting with you shortly thereafter.
I appreciate your assistance in this matter.
