I understood you to say that 5025 Tierra del Oro is not in accordance with present code as to front and side yard setbacks althouuh in accord when built. The administrative variance re- quested would remove this technical violation. -It is probable that all the other old homes on the street are in the.same situation. I think that ours, at 5021 Tierra del Oro, immediately North of the subject property, is in violatioM, but will find out next week. Based on your thorough and courteous explanation, we CONCUR in the request of the Eatons for a variance, and expect reciprocity when we apply for a similar variance.
