Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to allow a reduction
of the rear yard setback to allow a patio structure to be built to the property line on property
generally located at, 4803 Argosy Lane, Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Lot 1 of Laguna Del Mar, Unit 1, in the City of Carlsbad, County
of San Diego, State of California, according to map thereof number
11385, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County, and recorded on December 6, 1985.
If you have any objections to the granting of this variance or wish to have an informal hearing to
discuss the requested variance, please notify the Planning Department, 2075 Las Palmas Drive,
Carlsbad, California 92009, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice. If you have any
