Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to allow a wrought
iron fence to be located 5 feet into the required 40 foot wide Armada Drive landscape setback for
a length of approximately 84 feet so as to allow for fencing of the site perimeter in an area where
an administrative variance was previously granted to expand the loading dock access drive to
facilitate turning movements of delivery trucks on property generally located at, 5345 Armada
Drive Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Lots 5 and 6 of City of Carlsbad Tract No. 92-7 Carlsbad Ranch,
Unit 1 & Unit 2, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego,
State of California, according to Map thereof NO. 13078, filed in
the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County December
28, 1993.
