AV 97-09 BARELMANN RESIDENCE
COMPLETENESS REVIEW AND INITIAL ISSUES STATEMENT
Engineering Department staff has completed a review of the above-referenced project for
application completeness and have determined that the application and plans submitted for the
project are incomplete and unsuitable for continued review due to the following
incomplete items:
1. Submit a Preliminary Title Report.
2. Show the purpose of the easement. Are there any structures (water, sewer, storm drain)
located in the easement?
Issues of concern
Normally no above ground structures are allowed to be constructed in public easements. Once Z'
the incomplete items are submitted, we'll be able to determine if any encroachments will be
allowed.
