Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to allow a reduced
front and rear yard setback on property generally located within SP 201 La Costa Downs
Specific Plan at the south end of Franciscan Road between Descanso Boulevard and La Costa
Boulevard in the City of Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Lot 1 1 of Map 20 13 of La Costa Downs Unit No. 1
If you have any objections to the granting of this variance or wish to have an informal hearing to
discuss the requested variance, please notify the Planning Department, 2075 Las Palmas Drive,
Carlsbad, California 92009, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice. If you have any
