Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to allow a reduced
front yard setback for the conversion of the existing two unit dwelling to a condominium on
property generally located at 4681 Park Drive, Carlsbad. California, and more particularly
described as:
All of Lot 63 of that tract described in map No. 5162, recorded in
the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego, California, on
April 23,1963.
If you have any objections to the granting of this variance or wish to have an informal hearing to
discuss the requested variance, please notify the Planning Department, 2075 Las Palmas Drive,
Carlsbad, California 92009, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice. If you have any
