SUBJECT: AV 98-02 - WORTH CONDO CONVERSION
Dear Mr. Worth:
This letter is in response to your request to appeal the Planning Director's decision to
deny the Administrative Variance for the condominium conversion. Per section
2 1.54.140 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code, the written appeal shall specifically state the
reason or reasons for the appeal and the manner in which the decision of the Planning
Director is in error. The request that was received did not provide a reason for the appeal.
Please provide the Planning Department with a valid written appeal.
An application for the Planning Commission Determination, for the off site (on street)
guest parking request, must be made before the appeal can be heard by the PIanning
Commission. Please find enclosed the application submittal requirements.
