Also attached is a copy of the original building permit plot plan. Please use this information and new measurements from the site to correct the site plan that has been submitted for the variance and conversion application. I think that the building plan is correct except that the curb line is not draw in the right location. The right-of-way width for Park Drive is 62 feet. The property line is 31 feet from the center line of the street with 7 feet of that being used for sidewalk and utilities. The property line could also be determined from the rolled curb. This distance would be 7 feet from the top of the rolled curb portion to the property line. Please make the corrections as necessary and resubmit to me, two copies of the site plans.
