Pursuant to your request, The City hereby extends the deadline, until 5 p.m. on September 14,
1998, for you to submit the materials to make your application no. AV 98-03 complete. If after
review of the materials, if is determined that the application is still incomplete, the application
will be automatically withdrawn.
