Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to allow the
construction of an attached residential two-car garage within the rear yard setback on property
generally located at, 1450 Buena Vista Way Carlsbad, California, and more particularly
described as:
Exhibit “B” of Portion Tract 5, Map #1719 in the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California.
If you have any objections to the granting of this variance or wish to have an informal hearing to
