In reply to your notice dated 4/28/95), (copy enclosed), please be advised that we intend to
‘Torrnally appeal” the Planning Directors decision to deny our request for Administrative
Variance. Enclosed, please find my check in the amount of MOO.00.
Jn that this original process “of review” has taken in excess of twelve weeks, I would
appreciate any effort on your behalf to expedite “this” appeal process. ‘I spoke with Brian
Hunter today, and T asked him how long ”this” process may take and he was unable to
give me an answer.
