I writing this letter per out phone conversation today, regarding Administrative
Variance 99-02 which 1 have appealed.
In that I have a valid Application for Appeal cumently filed with the City, I am agreeing
to a 14 day time extension to this Appeal, pending hlther review by the City.
1 am more than witling to co-operate *h the City, and it is my sincere hope thRt we can reach BXI agreement regarding this Variance in a timely manner, possibly avoiding the
Appeal process, additional costs and delay.
