I stopped by the City Building Department today, 4/6 and spoke briefly with Mr. Brian Hunter. I was inquiring
about the above Administrative Variance, AV 99-02. He informed me that he recalled our conversation nearly
three weeks ago and said he was waiting for a response from me. After checking my records, this "response"
was forwarded to your attention without copying Mr. Hunter on March 13th via fax and followed with a hard
