NOTICE OF REOUEST FOR ADlVlINISTRATIVE VARIANCF,
:ice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to allow a reduced
front yard setback fiom 20 feet to 15 feet and reduced rear yard setback fi-om 18 feet to 15 feet on
property generally located on the north side of the western terminus of Chinquapin Avenue,
Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Lots 5 and 6 in Block āIā of Palisades, in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, according to map thereof
No. 1747, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County on February 5,1923.
If you have any objections to the granting of this variance or wish to have an informal hearing to
discuss the requested variance, please notify the Planning Department, 2075 Las Palmas Drive,
Carlsbad, California 92009, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice. If you have any
