RE: AV 99-03 - BEACH KING LOT CONSOLIDATION
I spoke with Nina Eaton regarding the proposed setbacks. She thought the
property was the western most property. I informed her there were two more lots
to the west which front on Carlsbad Blvd. I faxed a copy of the site plan for the
project as well as a copy of the SDP for the three unit project on the south side
of Chinquapin.
