I went ahead and typed in what I thought to be the appropriate information based upon the previous form in which you filled out and signed (copy attached). Please review the form and make any changes that you feel are necessary, then sign and return to the undersigned upon the approval of the variance (AV990003) which you are currently processing. I am also enclosing a copy of a letter dated 4/12/99 from the Coastal Commission regarding our permit application for the street improvements for Chinquapin Avenue. I would appreciate it if you would look at the second issue of the letter and advise me as to how we can satisfy the Commission's concerns. Please feel free to call if you have any questions.
