Description/Explanation:
This is a request to increase the height of an existing retaining wall for a
project currently under construction. The approved Grading / Drainage
Plan allowed a small portion of the site to drain onto two adjacent properties
( two single family homes). The two property owners have voiced some
concerns. Therefore we are requesting an additional 2’-8” (32 inches)
wall height be allowed. This will allowed the area adjacent to the wall to be
drained to the street rather than the adjacent properties. The overall wall
height will be approximately 7’-8.
