HomeMy WebLinkAboutAV 99-04; Granada Villas; Administrative Variance (AV) (4)November 1 , 1999 TO: RICHARD COOK - Public Works Manager FROM: DAVID RICK - Assistant Engineer RE: AV 99-04 and the release of grading cash security deposit for Granada Villas (CT 88-06/PE 2.89.63) As Chris DeCerbo, you and I had discussed earlier, we agreed that 100 percent of the grading cash security deposit ($8,720) for Granada Villas could be refunded once certain permits were issued. The developer must receive all permits necessary to increase the height of the retaining wall and add fill soil on the west side of Lot 1. The wall height and backfill will be increased to redirect surface drainage flow from the neighbors’ properties to Lewis Lane. Specifically, the developer must obtain an administrative variance for the increased wall height, process a grading plan construction revision, and obtain a building permit for the retaining wall. Once these items are completed, the inspection.division will initiate the necessary paper work to release the security deposit. c: Robert J.
