Suite 312 San Diego, CA 92108 Re: Administrative Variance AV 99-04, Granada Villas Dear Mr. Saberi: The following is in regard to the above referenced Administrative Variance, which you submitted for an over-height retaining wall at 2630 Lewis Lane. It has come to our attention that we were never provided with property owner lists and address labels within a 300 foot radius, as requested in the Administrative Variance application packet. Therefore, it is now necessary for us to revoke the approval of your Administrative Variance and notice the property owners within a 300’ radius of the project site. The Planning Director will make his decision no sooner than April 21, 1999, after the public noticing period has been completed.
