Re: Approval of RV Parking in fiont driveway of Beko Residence
Dear Mr. Paul Godwin:
Thank you for your notice of April 13,2000 regarding RV parking administrative
approval for 2005 Pintoresco Court, Carlsbad, CA 92009.
We support and recommend approval of this request by the Belkos. As across the street
neighbors, we have found the Belko's limited use of their driveway for RV parking to be
most satisfactory and not to represent a detrimental impact.
Since this is the cul-de-sac end of a dead-end street, denial of this request would then
require curbside/on street parking where the RV would tend to make traffic flow and turn
around of other vehicles more difficult.
We are impressed with the sensitivity of the Belko's to neighborhood perceptions and
believe administrative approval of this request is warranted as in the best interests of all
concerned.
