The Willie Bean Co. Is intending on impleinenting an espresso/snack cart business at The Palomar
Hand Car Wash located at: 601 9 Paseo Del Norte in Carlsbad. We intend on selling gourmet espresso
based coffee drinks as well as coffee, prepackaged sandwiches, salads, and pastries. We am including
a scale plan of the cart deign and~the +gns that will be attached to the cart. We are also including Pictures of the proposed location and a site map that will detail the customer area, parking, building,
and vehicle/pedestrian circulation. The existing electrical hook ups are: 220Volt 50Amp.
It is our sincere hope that The City of Carlsbad will approve our business plan and location and will
issue us a business license. Thank you for your consideration.
