This letter is to inform your department that I, Peter Green, of the above address propose
to open a Coffee Cart business at the location known as Palomar Hand Car Wash.
The address of the proposed project is: 6019 Paseo Del Norte. Carlsbad California 92009.
The Coffee Cart will be located on the patio area contained within the car wash.
The business will operate with the full permission of the owner of Palomar Hand Car
Wash and this permission is verified by the following signiture.
