Please accept this letter as our written approval for the proposed coffee cart location in the courtyard at
1890 & 1891 Rutherford Road, as shown on your fax dated March 7, 2002.
Please provide our office with a site plan, noting where the water & electrical lines will leave the building
and travel to the coffee cart location. Remember that the lines need to be buried deep enough so as not
to interfere with the landscapers.
