All items needed for engineering review are provided for determining the application as complete. Engineering issues which need to be resolved or adequately addressed prior to staff making a determination on the proposed project are as follows: 1. Please submit a completed Stormwater Standard Questionnaire. The form can be printed from http://www.carlsbadca.gov/engineering/chklstpdf/stormwater-qstnn.pdf. 2.
