Additionally, in February you approved Consistency Determination No. 1 to reflect the reduction of the proposed equipment footprint. The plans have been subsequently revised and require a Consistency Determination to memorialize a 14' lateral shift of the Alpha sector antennas on the D-3 Tank. This shift is necessary to remain within 400' linear feet of the existing equipment as this tank is situate the furthest from the equipment and line length beyond 400' leads to significant loss in performance.
