Under federal law, an Eligible Facilities Request is deemed granted with written notification in sixty ( 60) days after an application is filed with a local jurisdiction, excluding tolling. Based on the submittal date of June 16, 2017, 60 days will expire on August 15, 2017. T-Mobile proposes to modify the "Calavera Hills Comm Tower" as follows: T-Mobile is looking to remove (3) 4' antennas replace with (3) 8' antennas add (3) RRUS next to the antennas and install some radios inside the existing shelter. T-Mobile is committed to working cooperatively with all jurisdictions around the country to secure expeditious approval of requests to modify existing personal wireless service facilities.
