Parcel 1 was reduce to 3.777 aces and Parcel 2 was increased to 0.50 acres to accommodate the loss of 6 dwelling units while still maintaining a minimum density of 23 du/ac. Architectural Site Plan-Sheet SP-1 of the Architectural Plans. 6 units were removed from building 4 to create a two-story building. The site summary was updated to reflected the reduced unit count and revised unit mix. An exhibit was also added to highlight the amount of land area allocated to Parcel 1 and 2.
