This Consistency Determination application requests minor revisions to the previously approved
CDP 2017-0023/CDP 2017-0038 (DEV2017-0075).
The scope of the proposed design revisions includes increasing the plate height for the second
floor and portions of the first floor primary and accessory dwelling units by 1 '-0".
The overall highest roof ridge height will increase by 1 '-0" in conjunction with the increase in
plate height. The second floor roof pitch of the primary dwelling unit (POU) will remain as ap-
proved at 3.5: 12. The one story portion (Roof 2) of the PDU and the ADU roof slope (Roof 3) will
be revised to 3:12 roof slope (previously 3.5:12).
