The scope of the proposed design revisions includes increasing the plate height for the second floor and portions of the first floor primary and accessory dwelling units by 1 '-0". The overall highest roof ridge height will increase by 1 '-0" in conjunction with the increase in plate height. The second floor roof pitch of the primary dwelling unit (POU) will remain as ap- proved at 3.5: 12.
