Tenant improvement of existing lobby area. Improvements include new finishes to existing
restrooms on all floors, rework/ extend of an existing stair and remove interior bridge/ walkway that
connects the existing two wings. T.I. also includes a new elevator and additional exit stair, upgrades to
the storefront and entrance doors to public spaces. The quantity of bedrooms and square footage will
remain the same and intact in this scope of work.
