Description/Explanation: This proposed single-family dwelling is the last of an 11 lot custom homes project by SeaGrove Productions of San Marcos, California. The pre- vious city approved and constructed homes have all been completed and sold were all two-story structures that averaged 2500 square feet in size. The exterior styles varied from "beach contemporary1 to "Santa Barbara". This proposed remaining house will be a contemporary with stucco and wood siding and will have curved roof configurations.
