Description/Explanation: The proposed project consists of a Minor Coastal Development Permit for the installation of a southbound right turn lane at the intersection of El Camino Real and La Costa Avenue within the existing right-of-way per the attached improvement plans, Drawing No. 397-1H. The project is in compliance with Mitigation Measure 4.7-7 of the Program Environmental Impact Report for the Villages of La Costa Master Plan (PEIR 98-07). The project has completed the City's plancheck process and has been bonded for through the enclosed subdivision improvement agreement.
