To view the SUSMP, refer to the Engineering Standards (Volume 4, Chapter 2) at www, carlsbadca. qov/standards. Initially this questionnaire must be completed by the applicant in advance of submitting for a development application (subdivision, discretionary permits and/or construction penmits). The results of the questionnaire determine the level of stonn water standards that must t>e applied to a proposed development or redevelopment project Depending on the outcome, your project will either be subject to 'Standard Stormwater Requirements' or be subject to additional criteria called 'Priority Development Project Requirements'. Many aspects of project site design are dependent upon the storm water standards applied to a project. Your responses to the questionnaire represent an initial assessment of the proposed project conditions and impacts. City staff has responsibility for making the final assessment after submission of the devetopment application. If staff determines that the questionnaire was incorrectly filled out and is subject to more stringent storm water standards than initially assessed by you, this will result in the retum of the development application as incomplete. In this case, please make the changes to the questionnaire and resubmit to tiie City. If you are unsure about the meaning of a question or need help in determining how to respond to one or more of the questions, please seek assistance from Land Development Engineering staff. A separate completed and signed questionnaire must be submitted for each new development application submission. Only one completed and signed questionnaire is required when multiple development applications for the same project are submitted concurrentiy. In addition to tiiis questionnaire, you must also complete, sign and submit a Project Threat Assessment Form with construction pemnits for tiie project Please start by completing Step application to ttie city. 1 and follow tlie instructions. Wtien completed, sign ttie form at the end and submit this with your if'"...... i*IZ^&:.^=uMi^Z.J^'^-:i5^Bi'u V To determine if your project is a priority development project, please answer the following questions: YES NO 1. K 2. Is your project LIMITED TO reti-ofitting or redeveloping existing paved alleys, sti'eets, or roads that are designed and constructed in accordance with tiie USEPA Green Sti'eets guidance? X If you answered "yes* to one or more of the above questions, then your project is NOT a priority development project and therefore is NOT subject to the storm water criteria required for priority development projects. Go to step 4, mark the last box stating "my project does not meet PDP requirements" and complete applicant Infonnation. If you answered "no* to both questions, ttien go to Step 2. We live within the 100 feet zone of the proposed development. We are against the development for a number of reasons. The proposed development will significantly decrease our property value. A large portion of ocean view will be blocked by this development due to the extreme height of the project. The unique shape of our property will put the garage / guest house very close to our property and will overshadow our property. The setbacks on our property is 10 feet. I would like to make sure that the proposed development uses those setbacks. I have walked the neighborhood and I do not see any garage guest house at this extreme height. I believe it is too extreme for our neighborhood. We purchased in this neighborhood for the privacy and the views. This development will take those two priceless attributes away from our property resulting in a decrease in value as well as a decrease in our daily quality of life. Thanks for your time and consideration, Eric Mcllroy 619-723-6508 4029 Sunnyhill Drive. The uprights of the patio cover appear to encroach into the utility easement. Permission to encroach into the easement from the easement holder is required. 3.
