Existing duplex residential with detached two-car garage and two off street'parking spaces. Building recently renovated interior and exterior with new landscaping. Project includes demolition of garage and renovation of ·the site to include four additional parking spaces in new rear yard parking area. Landscaping increased and enhanced over entire site.
