FROM: Stuart Fisk
SUBJECT: CDP 96-02 ~ Carlsbad Ranch Hotel & Timeshare
Enclosed is the requested information needed for noticing of the Carlsbad Ranch Hotel
and Timeshare temporary parking lot. Included are a 100' Radius Map, a 100' Owners
and Occupants list, two separate sets of mailing labels of the property owners and
occupants within a 100' radius of the property, a form certifying that this information
represents the latest available information from the Equalized Assessor's Roles and a
copy of the receipt for the fee paid to cover the mailing costs.
Per our discussion, the map used for the 100' Radius Map is at a scale of 1:400 rather
than 1:200. This map more than adequately shows the surrounding property. Please
feel free to call me at 438-1465 if you have any questions.
