All we did was take the boiler plate form that was executed by Chris Calkins at the Carltas Corporation and modify the blanks to accommodate the Hotel portion of the Deed Restriction. The only blank that I believe needs to be filled in is on page 1 where they request the map number and recording date when our final map is recorded.
